Who we are

karma design studio provides event styling and creative design services. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us athello@karmadesignstudio.co.uk.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information - there are no accounts, no shopping cart and no payments.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests - responding to someone who has contacted us about our services. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list from an enquiry.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google when you load a page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it for the conversation it relates to and for our own business records, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Emailhello@karmadesignstudio.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
